Upload original designs, logo files, stitch files or reference pictures. Include the finished dimensions and placement for every decoration area—or ask the shop to recommend a size.

A few helpful answers.
Can I submit without creating an account?
Yes. Anyone can use the customer intake form. Enter your contact information so the shop can follow up, then save the reference number shown after submission.
Can one order include printing and embroidery?
Yes. Add a decoration area for each design and choose its method. Each garment job keeps all its placements together, even with different methods. Every garment job stays under the same order reference.
What if I do not know the artwork size or stitch count?
Select “I’m not sure — recommend a size” and leave the stitch count blank. Add any reference pictures or notes that explain what you want.
Does submitting my request confirm the price or delivery date?
No. Submission starts the review process. The shop must confirm pricing, artwork approval and production timing before work begins.
Who can see my artwork and order details?
Your submission goes into the private shop workspace. Other customers cannot view your order or download your uploaded files.
